Mission 

The Keesler Medical Group at Keesler AFB maintains peacetime medical readiness and wartime expeditionary medical operations. The group educates, trains, and equips 1,500 staff, hosts five medical and dental residencies, and seven enlisted training programs. We render quality, cost-effective direct delivery of care of health care for 58,000 beneficiaries. The group leads a multi-state National Disaster Medical System Federal Coordination Center and promotes Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense joint ventures and a center of medical excellence.
