Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy currently sees all enrollees ages 10 and up, for the following upper-extremity dysfunctions: elbow and hand only at this time; post-operative hand surgery rehab; upper-extremity post-fracture rehab for range of motion and strength deficits; education and treatment of cumulative trauma and repetitive motion disorders of the hand and elbow; and education on computer workstation ergonomics. All new referrals are scheduled through the hospital Referral Management Office at 228-376-0490. Active Duty personnel can make an appointment in Physical Therapy without obtaining a referral by calling the front desk directly at 228-376-0446. Due to safety concerns, children and guests will not be allowed to enter the clinic unless they are immediate caregivers to the patient or children under 18 years old who require a parent or guardian be present. In addition, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork and wear loose fitted clothing.
