Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Ophthalmology

Referrals are required. Services include full eye exams for glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetes or other eye diseases and disorders. Other services include treatment for eyelid or lacrimal trauma, eye plastics procedures, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, corneal surgery and laser surgery for retinal disease.
