Physical Therapy

We see all enrollees ages 13-64 for which appropriate services can be provided. Access fluctuates regularly based upon number of providers. Patients can be seen for the following diagnoses: muscular-skeletal evaluation; orthopedic rehabilitation (pre- and post-operative); athletic injury management; modalities including cervical and lumbar traction, TENS, ultrasound, iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, hot and cold packs; muscle testing and rehab training; specialized muscle strengthening; postural correction and awareness; range of motion exercises including AROM, AAROM, and PROM; mobilization of spine and extremity joints; and acute and chronic pain management. All new referrals are scheduled through the hospital Referral Management Office. Active duty personnel can make an appointment in Physical Therapy without obtaining a referral by calling the front desk. Due to safety concerns, children and guests will not be allowed to enter the clinic unless they are immediate caregivers to the patient or children under 18 years old who require a parent or guardian be present. In addition, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork and wear loose fitted clothing.
